Refund Policy
For prepaid orders that have not been produced for a long time:
For orders where production has not progressed for more than three months due to customer reasons , we will send you a reminder email three months after the order.
If we do not receive a reply to that email within one week, we will process a refund (a processing fee may be deducted when issuing a refund).
If you would like to continue production, please place a new order.
Return Policy
At VOGRACE, we take every precaution to ensure that we deliver products that will satisfy our customers.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 90 days of receiving the product, clearly and concisely describing the problem.
*Please do not return products unless instructed to do so by VOGRACE staff in advance.
We will replace your product free of charge in the following cases:
a) Damaged during delivery
b) If you receive a product or part that is different from what you ordered
c) If you receive a product that is different in material or size from what you ordered
However, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for custom products created at your own request, such as the following reasons:
a) Problems caused by your design
b) The finished product is different from what you expected (please see the "Sample" section below).
c) Customs duties, import taxes, and other charges for international shipping: These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be refunded if the product is discarded or returned due to refusal to receive the product or failure to clear customs.
About the sample
We offer a sample production service.
We recommend creating multiple prototypes before proceeding with production.
This allows us to visualize the final design more clearly and reduces any gaps between your expectations and the finished product.
