Intellectual Property Rights
The purpose of this policy is to clarify our policy for dealing with disputes regarding trademark or copyright infringement.
VOGRACE is owned by Zhejiang Baigedi Technology Co., Ltd., we provide custom goods production services with your designs and individual copies.
As part of our Terms of Use, VOGRACE customers warrant that they own the intellectual property rights associated with the content they submit to our artwork team.
By placing an order, you agree to indemnify and hold Zhejiang Baigedi Technology Co., Ltd. harmless from any and all liability in the event of any future infringement.
Regarding designs that appear to infringe copyright or trademark
If you see a design on the VOGRACE website that you believe infringes a legitimately held trademark or copyright, please contact us at " service@vograce.com " with the following information:
Trademark /Copyright holder name, company name, address, email address, and phone number
Evidence of trademark or copyright registration with the Information Commissioner's Office (or other official registering authority) (e.g. registration number)
A screenshot, proof in JPG, PNG, URL or PDF format of your trademark , and the specific image at issue on VOGRACE's website and why you believe it is an infringement
If the complainant is not the rights holder, a statement of their relationship and authority to bring the complaint
Once we receive your complaint, our Customer Service team will investigate and get back to you within 10 days.
Response in the event of obvious infringement of rights by VOGRACE customers
If we discover that a client has used images, designs or copies without permission, we will take the following actions:
Removal of the problematic content from the VOGRACE website
Contacting the customer, providing details of their complaint and informing them that their information has been shared with the registered trademark/copyright owner, encouraging them to contact them directly to resolve the issue.
If the investigation determines that a response other than those described above is appropriate, VOGRACE reserves the right to proceed with resolving the issue in the manner it deems most appropriate.
Important notes:
We have deep respect for the work of all artists and understand the effort that goes into each design. We will not share any designs with third parties without your permission. When using your designs, we will always obtain explicit consent and attribution, ensuring that your intellectual property is protected.
