Trademark and Copyright Policy
The purpose of this policy is to clarify our policy for dealing with disputes regarding trademark or copyright infringement.
The VOGRACE brand is owned by Zhejiang Baigedi Technology Co., Ltd., and we offer custom-made services for original goods, including designs and individual copies made by our customers.
As part of our Terms of Use, VOGRACE customers warrant that they hold the applicable intellectual property rights in any content they create or upload to our artwork team.
This warranty, by placing an order, grants Zhejiang Baigedi Technology Co., Ltd. an indemnification and exemption from any liability in the event of any subsequent infringement.
Reporting designs that you suspect may infringe trademarks or copyrights
If you find any design on the VOGRACE website that you believe infringes a legitimately owned trademark or copyright, please notify us at [service@vograce.jp ] with the following information:
Details of the trademark /copyright owner, such as company name, contact name, address, email address and phone number
Trademark/Copyright certificate number registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (or other official trademark /copyright register);
A screenshot, JPG, PNG, URL, PDF, etc. of the trademark you own and the specific image at issue on the VOGRACE website and why you believe the image is infringing.
If you are not the trademark /copyright owner, a statement of your relationship to the owner and your authority to make the complaint
Once you contact us, our customer service team will investigate the matter and respond within 10 days of receiving your complaint.
Actions to be taken if unauthorized use by a customer is discovered
If it becomes clear that a VOGRACE customer has used images, designs or copies without permission, we will take the following measures:
Remove the content from the VOGRACE website
Contact the customer with the details of their complaint and inform them that their information has been shared with the trademark/copyright owner. We encourage the parties to resolve the issue between themselves.
Depending on the results of our investigation, we reserve the right to take a different response than that set forth above if we believe that a more appropriate response is available.
Important notes:
We have deep respect for the work of all artists and understand the effort that goes into each design. We will never share any designs with third parties without your permission. If we use your designs, we will always get your explicit consent and attribution to ensure that your intellectual property is protected.
