At VOGRACE, we guarantee high quality in all our products.
All products sold on this website are carefully manufactured by our staff according to our own unique standards. If we determine that an item does not meet our standards, we will respond in good faith using one of the following three methods.
Solution 1
We will re-produce the same item and ship it to you free of charge.
Solution 2
We will refund the full amount.
Solution 3
We will provide you with a coupon worth 1.2 times the amount of your refund.
Regarding initial defects: If the following defects occur, we will treat it as an "initial defect":
Printing errors or damage
Missing parts
Other obvious product defects that impede use, etc.
If this is the case, please contact us within 4 weeks of receiving the product, attaching a photo or video showing the defect, and you can choose from the three solutions above.
*Please note that if you contact us after four weeks, we will assume that the problem is wear and deterioration due to normal use and will not be able to treat it as a quality defect.
Regarding customer support, if the sales staff does not provide after-sales service in accordance with the above standards, please contact us via our official social media accounts. After confirming the facts, we will offer you a $5 coupon as a thank you for your trouble.
