I love how Vograce brought my keychains to life. The colors are all on point and they were all made very well. I will note that during the ordering process, I had specifically ordered my Ladybug and Chat Noir keychains to be a single double-sided keychain (Ladybug on side A and Chat Noir on side B), along with my Gacha Charms which were also double-sided/different design and I uploaded with Vograce's file requirements in mind. However, when I received the proofs Ladybug and Chat Noir had been split into separate keychains. I was under a time crunch and didn't have time to wait for revisions, so I approved of it anyway, which in turn was actually a happy accident because I ended up selling them as sets rather than just one keychain and made more of a profit. So, suffice to say it was a minor mishap, but something I would for sure be aware of for future orders. Nonetheless, I am super happy with my keychains and will definitely be ordering more.

I've placed several small orders for these acrylic keychains and the most recent ones just came in yesterday! Production and shipping time is always great and responses to emails have always been quick for me! Overall great quality and customer service :)

I settled for this product because you don't have what I wanted originally, which was a solid white acrylic. (For clarity, this is a layer of white between two layers of clear acrylic.) For a close second, I am very pleased! I had no prints that I would consider B-grade, and only 1 out of 8 charms had a jump ring that was not closed all the way. Easy fix, pinched it closed with a pair of pliers.

It was very cost effective and came out larger than I expected. I may get a 4 inch keychain for myself soon. Amazing!

Exceeded all my expectations. My keychains came in perfect condition, with adequate packaging that prevented them from getting scratched or broken, and when I opened the parcel, the colours were exactly what I'd submitted. This was really great, since I have had some issues in the past with merchandising that arrived with slightly duller, or brighter, colours than it should have! Besides, the acrylic material is quite sturdy yet perfectly light, and the clasp is quite tug-resistant (I personally test them before putting them up for sale, just in case). I'd like to point out that Vograce's employee Matsuno, who walked me through the process, was extraordinarily attentive and professional. She was able to solve any doubts and answer all questions timely, and with clear explanations, plus she was really sweet and did her best to ensure that I'd receive what I'd come here to get. Highly recommend Vograce, their quality AND professionals are outstanding.

The keychains came quickly and were very well made. The size was perfect but I will be making the smaller parts of my design larger next time. I will definitely be ordering from here again. Keychains have a film over it that I’m choosing to keep on for shipping to customers. Each keychain also came in their own little pouch.

The keychains i ordered are EXACTLY what I imagined they would look like. I love them a lot, I can’t wait to order more.

I was able to customize the background to be a different color/gradient instead of the default white background, and these look amazing with the layer of glitter epoxy on top! I will definitely be buying more in the future, especially as they are cheaper and awesome to buy in bulk. The fast shipping is definitely worth the money as well, I got my items in three days after it was shipped!

So so happy with how these turned out!! They are so gummy and cute!! The colors are fantastic!
