I have never ordered Enamel Pins before, but Vograce helped me very personally and they are very fast to respond to emails! After a colouring error, Vograce intercepted the package and recoloured it before sending again. I already have demand for more, so I'm gonna reorder soon!

(Sorry for bad camera quality) I absolutely love how the pins came out! The colors are more vibrant than the other samples I've ordered, and the gold is more 'golden'/shinier if that makes sense. The quality is excellent and the raised text on the back is professional. I'm beyond happy with these pins!! I highly recommend it!

I love how my pins turned out! I haven't seen any defects at all so far. Would've given 5 stars, but they took over a month to arrive.

I was a little worried to manufacture enamel pin with vograce, since I've heard some mixed reviews from other people - but each and every one of my pins came out perfect! My representative, Sylvia, was very kind and understanding of my needs, and the final result looks perfect. So happy with these!! I'll definitely order more in the future :3 well worth the price.

even though buying 50 is a lot but i understand since the machine needs to make a specific number but its still waay cheaper and more quality than here in my country lol

just got my order a few days ago, I was worried about not receiving them in time for event due to some delays, but my rep assured me that they would arrive in time and they are gorgeous. I cannot wait to continue the series and get the rest of the characters made.

I was totally blown away at with how amazing the quality of the enamel pins were! The colors and metal plating was clear and crisp! There was also little mistake pins! The Pantone colors were a bit tricky to figure out however Alexia was so patience and helpful through out the whole process! She went above and beyond to help answer any questions! She is the best! Would definitely recommend!

While I am happy with they way these came out one of them came as a photodome rather then cut. Overall very happy though. These were mostly a test to see about quality and future filler pins.

this was my first time making enamel pins and I am super happy with how they turned out! the process was pretty straight forward as I setup my files as a vector including pantone values myself, so the shape and colors turned out just how I wanted :>

Love the quality, colors are vibrant and clean lines. its very nice and the secure locks on the back are great since the pin is a bit heavy.

This is my 1st pin, and they did amazing job on translating my overly busy design into vectors and the metal work is FANTASTIC with all the tiny details. My only issue is the colours.

The Support did really lovely back and forths with me to find the optimal ones, but I wish they either used the pantone colours (as per requested in the instructions), or gave us their own palette to chose from, because they keep sending back their own version of the colours I chose.

Due to my inexperience I insisted on a darker palette that seemed closer to my pantone choices, as opposed to to very light setup the graphic team suggested, so the end result is not great. So please be aware that all colours they send will look about 15-20% darker in paint than on screen.

Aside from that I'm very happy with the job they did and the support and patience they gave throughout the process. Nevertheless, the colour choosing options are rather awkward rn and I hope there will be better ways to handle that in the future.
I also didn't have any items I deem as quality B so I'm happy about that as well.

The pin's are so cute and well made!
The number of pin's to order to get a correct ratio between the producing prices and the sale prices is a bit high... but keep in mind that hard enamel pin's are expensive merch.

I am definitely going to order more when the occasion shows up 😊

For my pins, I ordered from Vograce and they are really good! The quality-quantity ratio is too high for my taste (I had like 25 Grade B-C on 50 pins), but I am still satisfied with the quality of the metal, it's heavy, shiny and robust. I will invite Vograce to invest in more precise machines for cutting. But for first hard enamel pins, they are really very beautiful, thank you very much for your work! They were even kind enough to redo grade C pins for me! I recommend them!

While I have ordered pins from VoGrace before, this was the first time I did a pin with glitter and was SO happy with how they came out! It was also the first time I've ordered a super tiny pin and it was SO cute!! Was really happy with the quality of everything and definitely wanting to order from VoGrace again! (Also the communication I had with the representative I talked to was amazing! She was extremely kind, helpful, and very patient!)

I used alternative enamel pin vendors before a family member recommended Vograce. I decided to try vograce out since I’ve ordered charms and stickers from here before and quality was great. The pins did take some time to get to me, but that was because of the cultural holidays and covid restrictions, which is understandable. It was worth the wait and the pins came out perfectly, especially with the glitter and colors! I highly recommend Vograce as they have worked with me every step and kept up with communication via email. They acknowledged my requests for modifications and made sure to check with me with sample photos before going into final production. I have a few more other pin designs coming in from Vograce, and excited to get them soon!

The enamel pins are high quality and they replicate my original design perfectly. The process from when I ordered it to when I got it after all of the production was about 3 months so keep that in mind when you are ordering if you are on a time crunch.
