It's not my first time ordering from vograce, so I knew I can expect high quality. But I also want to say a huge thank you to the customer service, my order was tight on time for me, I needed thoes keychains quick so I could take photos and put it in my diploma, and after emailing, and asking for a possibility of putting a priority on my order. They've been so nice to inform me on the same day that my order is done and it's being sent right away, thank you so much vograce team /o/

We are really happy with the purchase of these wooden keychains!!. We chose to add no accessories as we wanted to make tree ornaments and use ribbon. The quality is great and so is the print, the vograce team is also really nice and was able to get our order sent quickly for us to launch it on our shop in time :))

The product itself looks great! The colors pop on the wood very nicely and I had no issues with any of the 20 keychains. The only thing was that I had been told that I was sent 3 emails to confirm but didn't receive any so it took longer then the original shipping said. Other then that everything looks great.

Love the quality, the colors are sharp, it doesn’t scratch at all, I’ve been wearing one for months and there’s not a single scratch on the print.

Ordered a bunch of small phone charms and they are too adorable, very sturdy. Relieved to see the color still came out bright and saturated.

I've been ordering my Wood Charms for years from another business who, due to rising shipping costs, no longer fit in my budget. I tried Vograce after many people recommended them and my designs look great! I love the material and hardware options, and the fact they come prepackaged in a soft packaging for storage. I was expecting a burnished edge due to laser cutting however the edge isn't burnished (it's clean wood) which is something to keep in mind.

I am more then happy with what I received and am already about to place my second order!

I sent a png files this time just to see if it was my psd files that made the colours brighter ( the previous colours of the keychains I ordered were a little too bright for me )
and I guess it was that. The colours are the same as the pngs ^^
I think I'll ordered other wood keychains next time when I think of a new designs.

I purchased wooden pins before and I was very pleased, so next I purchased some wooden keychains to make my mini moths. They are very vibrant and met my expectations perfectly. I chose the pine material for the items pictured.

I ordered the pine wood keychains and they came out perfectly! The colors are very vibrant and there were no poking edges, etc. Great quality, will order again!

They arrived in perfect condition and the quality is so good! The colors look a bit darker I guess, so I'll keep that in mind in future orders. Also the keychains are thicker than I expected, but very light. I definetely recommend it!

wood charms save plastic, and are so so cute! i love vograce's wood charms. they feel light and smooth to hold.

the keychains fit perfectly into the hole in the wood, and feel safe from falling off.

the only thing is that the paint job could definitely chip and wear over time, since they lack the protective layer on top that acrylic charms have...

but overall, very cute and fun to play around with new designs.

The natural wood keychains arrived .!. their beauty well exceeded my expectations. With our mom's beach watercolor, we were hoping for a look as if her artwork were painted on driftwood - wow, truly wonderful. Though ordered as keychains, we intend to modify they a bit into unique tree ornaments - for family and friends of our parents.

I was so excited to get these in. I chose a pine wood and the #3 chain, and it looks so cool! Like something I would expect to find in a nice gift shop. The wood is smooth, no splinters, and the chain is attached securely. My design came out just like I was hoping it would. Will definitely be ordering again!
