Right off the bat, I noticed how beautiful the holo finish is and how sturdy the epoxy is. I like that, since it means the charm is less likely to be damaged. The clip is also nice and strong too. It doesn't feel flimsy or like it's going to break off the charm. My one minor nitpick is that the holo pattern is very busy and can make some photos difficult to take and next time, I might choose a piece of art with bigger contrast so it shows up better, but that is in no way Vograce's fault. This is a very communicative company who is willing to talk and answer questions, so this was a great learning experience and I'm still very happy with the product.

I've ordered these charms a ton of time and each time I get exactly what I ordered with no blemishes and great quality. Highly Recommend!

I ordered double sided keyrings with epoxy and iridescent holo finish and I gotta say it's so worth it
the epoxy gives a really nice smooth and rounded finish and the keyrings a nice weight, they don't feel flimsy at all!
The iridescent holo is a little subtle at first but in the light they look gorgeous, giving a rainbow sheen!
Bein able to customise the metal attachment for each design is so great too, I can colour match the metal to designs and it just gives such a nice overall effect

Ordering was simple and my customer service contact Freddy was incredibly quick and helpful about upgrading my order amount and having a hole position changed after I received the first proof, as well as with my questions about shipping! The charms arrived within a week after I verified the second proof and!!! I am utterly delighted, they are Gorgeous! 😊❤️ The epoxy front is super smooth and the broken glass holographic effect simply gorgeous, I'm really glad I went with it!

I am so happy with how these came out! The customer service was also great and kind, especially when I realized I messed up the design on one side or when they contacted me to let me know the bubbles weren't printing correctly, they were super helpful in helping me change it. They look amazing and I'm so happy to have something like this for my au! My friends were also impressed by the quality when I showed them.
If you're like me and you're looking at the reviews to see who long it will take from order to arrival I'll share my experience here. These got here way faster then I expected. I ordered on Sept 1st got the proofs on the 4th, got the shipping notice on the 10th and they arrived on the 17th. I live on the west coast in the US so else where might take longer.
Only thing I'd keep in mind when ordering is the chromatic aberration, which they do warn about. Purple seems to be the colour most affected by this (to my knowledge), so if your design has a lot of purple in it, like mine does, make sure the contrast is very strong.
Other than that I have nothing else to say, these are incredible and I will definitely be ordering from here again!!

It was my first time ordering from this site, so I was a little nervous. However, when I received my keychains in the mail my expectations were blown! They were neat, and very well done. I just finished ordering more keychains in another design. So excited to keep ordering from Vograce!

Item was exactly to my speficications: They communicated with me to make sure the order was correct, helpping me understand the process, and everything ready for production. They were kind enough to allow a low order quantity (this is my first time ever ordering custom keychains), which was awesome for me since I only really wanted one for personal use. I was a bit nervous for communications with a large company, but I went ahead and did it and they were kind, patient, understanding and helpful with my purchase. The charms came out absolutely wonderful. My one critique, if I must say, I have a strange feeling they might not have removed the thin plastic protective film (commonly comes on all keychains I've ever bought) before applying the epoxy coating- there's a tiny, probably 0.01% bit of cloudy appearence. it is completely unnoticable unless you stare at it looking for any mistakes.
One mistake I made in ordering would be the holographic overlay I chose would probably be better for a larger sized charm (I chose broken glass for a 1.5" charm). It's one of my favorite overlays but I didn't think about how large the holographic "chunks" are, so if I were to repeat this size I'd probably get a different overlay.
All in all, I'm still in disbelief that something I drew could turn into a physical, durable product like this. I'm so happy!!!!! Without a doubt, Vograce has the most easy-to use, accessible, clear website and ordering process of any keychain manufacterer I've seen. They allow such high levels of customization and a variety of products making it so simple to order- especially for a low quantity order. If you're still on the fence, I'd reccomend giving it a chance! I'm super happy with my item and I can't get enough of it :3 Thank you!!

Keychains came out awesome! If I had only one complaint... it would be that I wish I could get them faster as I plan on ordering more, quite often and turnover time is important.

The keychains came in and I've never been happier. They look so great and they are incredibly worth the look if you're looking for customizable keychains. The holographics came out to be subtle yet beautiful when they are shined under a light. I would recommend purchasing this even if you aren't going to get a large amount because they put time and care into every keychain!

the clasp is STRONG and it’s SUCH a pretty colour (perfect L blue)
The design i drew came out PERFECT. Even the gradients and small details are literally perfect.
The holo shine is so pretty too
The keychain is smooth and sturdy. Yeah it does look small but the size is correct, so that’s on me for such a small design.
