this was my first time ordering from vograce and had absolutely no clue what to do at first. i wasnt sure what sizes i needed to submit etc but i had left an order note explaining this and the person in charge of my order (mona!) handled it so gracefully. i hadnt even asked nor met the 6pc requirement to receive proofs but they had sent me them anyway just to be sure i was happy with my product. they had quickly altered the sizes and everything so it fit perfectly because i had messed it up when submitting. this was also a christmas gift and i was already cutting it very close to date but they made sure my order would get processed and sent on time and it even came a few days early! the communication was so quick and they were very kind :] very clear so i could understand aspects i wasnt too familiar with. the product looks beautiful the quality is great and it was packed very carefully! i recommend!

The first time I received this product, the acrylic was sliiiiggghtly too thick and the charm wouldn’t fit in the center. I contacted customer support and they were so kind and helpful and were quick to send me a replacement order for no extra charge. These standees recently came in and I am blown away, they’re perfect!! I’m very grateful to the team at Vograce support for helping me, and I couldn’t be happier with the standees! The coloring is accurate, the quality of the image is sharp and clear, and the fit is perfect. It’s a little tricky to assemble at first, but actually ingenious all things considered. Initially, there was an issue with the fit where it was too tight to spin properly. But Savi from Vograce helped me to make sure the issue was fixed before the full order was produced.
